Home Inspection Services
A comprehensive evaluation of your home's major systems and components, performed with a firefighter's attention to detail.
What to Expect During Your Home Inspection
A standard home inspection from Fenix Services USA is a thorough, non-invasive visual examination of the home's major systems and components. David personally conducts every inspection, bringing over 20 years of firefighting experience and building safety knowledge to every property.
The inspection typically takes 2-4 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. You're encouraged to attend — David will walk you through the property, explain his findings in real time, and answer any questions you may have.
After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed digital report through Spectora with high-resolution photos, clear descriptions of any issues found, and recommendations for repairs or further evaluation. David also offers a complimentary report review session to ensure you fully understand every finding.
